How It All Started
This all began with a bad experience.
Once I ordered Poondu Milagu Kulambu online — and it was frustrating from start to finish. WhatsApp messages went unanswered, or got vague replies at best. There was no way to know what was happening with my order — I had to check the website myself, sometimes several times a day, just for a status update.
Then one day almost after a month, the product was couriered — and I only found that out by chance when I checked for the status through their website. I was left chasing down the courier guy myself, with no heads-up from the seller.
That experience stuck with me. If ordering something as comforting as a home-style kulambu could feel this stressful, something needed to change.
So we decided to build the curry house we wished existed — one that treats every order with the same care my own family puts into cooking. We started with the recipe we make best: our Classic Poondu Milagu Kulambu.
